From 2020 to 2025, Glyn worked at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative — an organisation built to prevent, cure, and manage all disease by the end of the century. He led learning transformation through the pandemic, built AI capability programmes alongside some of the world’s best scientists, and experienced firsthand what happens when AI meets an organisation genuinely trying to change the world. That experience shapes everything here.
